How can I contact Lavender Online?
Lavender Online is the online shopping outlet for Cape Lavender, Margaret River, Western Australia. You can purchase online any time of the day, seven days a week. Our team can be contacted between the hours of 10am and 4pm.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to ship all in-stock items within 24 hours via Austraia Post.

What if the recipient is not at home?
Please provide instructions with your order in the event that you are not at home (eg, where to leave your delivery). We will pass your request on to Australia Post. Alternatively they will leave a card informing you of the attempted delivery with instructions as to where you mat collect your parcel.

Do I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, an email confirmation will be sent to confirm the details of all online orders. If there are any problems processing your payment or further delivery address information is required one of our team will contact you personally.

What method of payment is accepted?
Our secure online payment system will accept MasterCard and VISA cards and PayPal. If you are unable to pay by credit card, we also accept Direct Deposits to our bank account.
Approved wholesale accounts will receive an account at the end of each month with a 7 day payment term.

Can I change my mind after placing an order?
Yes you can, however an administration charge of $10 will apply for cancellations or changes to your order. After the order has been dispatched from our store, no changes or cancellations can be made.

Can I set up a wholesale account?
Yes you can, provided you have an Australian ABN.
